Trying to text 65075 from my new phone to set it up and keep my number but getting a message fail.

Instructions with my new phone say to text 65076 in order to get a PAC code to retain my number which was also Sky. I'm getting a message send failure so can't activate my new sim. Help please. Sky chat is offline.

It is not possible to get a Pac code to move a Sky number to a different Sky sim so if you want to do this you would need to move the number to a PAYG network then transfer it via another pac to your new Sky sim.
