MacBook Air 15-Inch M4 (2025)

I ordered my Mac book air 15 inch m4 2025 on 31/03/2025 and still haven't received a delivery date. Please can I know what's going on? I tried talking to the virtual assistant but honestly I'm getting nowhere with it.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.


As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
