Mac book

I have used sky for my phones and it been working out great, however i have ordered a macbook from sky and other has just arrived (i'm using it to type this right now). It says i have linked my sky ID to my macbook but it does not show up anywhere on my app, it has no evidence thta i ever ordered it not even the signed contracts and i got an extra sim with it as it wouldn't let me order it without, and ot will not let me activate the sim either. I got email updates from sky about my order however on my account, online and on the app, it does not show up. I wouldn't really mind, however i would like to see my bill and things like that. Any help is appreciated

It might that for whatever reason it was ordered on another account so you can either call Sky so they can check what account it was ordered on or we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private message tomorrow morning about this, so let us know what you would like to do ?
