SIM deal

I changed my data deal to 50gb and I now have both deal on one SIM 25gb and 50gb I've rang them 4 times to get this sorted as I am paying for both deals and nothing has been sorted I will be cancelling my whole sky account if it not sorted

How did you do this @Jasonjay because from what you have said here it sounds like you ordered an additional sim which is why you are being charged for two of them. If this is the case then you can't cancel the 25GB one if you have not yet been paying for it for 12 months or more.

Hello caesaromeI i changed my plan from 25gb to 50gb as it is the same price and they never removed the 25gb so when I look at my account I have 75gb data every month 🤷 I have one SIM card
