Fed up

Cant find credit agreement, similar problem to the other uploaders. Links DONT WORK. Pop ups all over that just take you to the main page ! Nothing in messages , ive been with sky 5 years !!! So i know my account . Frustrating and have spent hours on the phone with technical help ! No joy !  Help ??????

Hi @Kim171  open the my sky app, go to the mobile tab, tap on your bill and open it then scroll to your device and the agreement number is there. If using it to claim a gift then remove the letters and just use the numbers.
