I rang sky customer services today, and asked them to send me an email with my proof of purchase for my phone. They sent me a message on my sky account, but when i click on it, it is blank. Can anyone help please?

Re: MY MESSAGES
You are not talking to Sky as this is where customers helps each other so may we ask why you need this proof of purchase as usually you can supply your credit agreement that is in your message centre:
https://www.sky.com/mymessages
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

@Jennalawlor Your credit agreement is the proof of purchase for the phone. Sky don't send out invoices etc.
You can access your credit agreement by opening the My Sky app, selecting the person icon in the top left and then My Contracts.
I know it doesn't resolve the messages issue, which seems to a Sky technical issue at the moment as there's a number of posts like yours on here but at least you can access your proof of purchase/credit agreement - touch wood.
