I'm currently at my limit for sky devices, and wanted to look at upgrading one, if I pay the remaining balance of one, can I then upgrade?. How long does it take to do this please

Hi @Williams171166 others that have tried this have not been able to upgrade online. You will need to call sky on 150 and ask them if they can help you upgrade.
