Im not sure there is much Sky can do for you:

You will still have to pay for them until they have been paid off.

@Priyank3507 You coud try using the "find my device" service via your iPhone, if that doesn't work then they are lost forever.

Hello, my Apple AirPods which I purchased through loan from your service have been lost. I am still paying the loan. Can you please advise me if this situation is covered by any insurance or if there is any support or claim process? I have filed a police report and am trying to locate the device via Find My. Kindly assist.

This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

The previous advice applies. If you're seeing have mobile phone insurance which also covers accessories you may be able to claim. The police will have just issued you with a lost property number.

@Priyank3507 Unless you took out separate insurance or you added the AirPods to your home insurance you won't be covered, that means you will still have to pay for them until they are paid off in full.

I'm not sure why you've reported lost goods to the police, they will not help in any way as its not their job.

There is nothing Sky can do to assist you with this issue.
