My phone doesn’t recognise my replacement sim

Recently my phone randomly gave me the notification of 'Invalid Sim', it was working completely fine beforehand. Due to this issue i have no mobile service. I contacted sky and after a long time I managed to get a replacement sim. After inserting and activating my new sim, i still have no service and an 'Invalid Sim'.

During my online conversation with a Sky Agent, they said that my service could be affect due to a mast issue, but that isn't the issue, as my other family members who are with Sky have no issues.

Could my issue be an actual sim issue or a phone issue? Do i need to get a new phone?

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, no damage and works completely fine.

Hi @Louis1874  try one of their sims in your phone and that will rule out a phone issue.

also anything showing here ?

Re: My phone doesn’t recognise my replacement sim

Service for my area is usually busy, but i've never had issues with it. I have tried the replacement sim in my phone from Sky and I get the same result of and invalid sim. That is both eSIM and physical sim that has an issue.
