I have 2 sky mobile sims which have both lost service (showing SOS) after being in Canada for 9 months although i still pay for my plans.
is this a terms n conditions thing? I kept them as i'll be home after a year.

Are both sims now showing as being set to Home:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
