bad 02 signal

My name is Mr Neil Richards I am disabled and my mobile phone is really important to me and my wife, we are in our 70's I have full fibre optic broadband with Sky direct fibre to the address not to the cabinet. which should provide me with A1 signal to my home, but for the last number of years I was with  Talk talk who used 02, but my signal was rubbish so when I had Sky fibre fitted to my house I changed from Talk talk to sky mobile, only to discover after a week that sky mobile also uses 02  so that placed me from the frying pan into the fire so to speak.

I have the same issues ie people ring my mobile they cannot hear me talking and I cannot hear them I also cannot ring out and talk because the signal is pathetic, I can receive and send text, all my contacts on my contacts list which I rely on ie doctor hospital banking ie I have insructed them to email me .thank goodness I have kept my landline phone my daughter and her husband both have the latest Apple i phone 14/ 15 and they cannot get a signal to and from my postcode, Number one I need full backdated refund from when I joined sky mobile the date will be on your records and I am considering going to another provide like EE .

Hi @neilrichards  you have a 31 day cooling off period in which to decide if sky mobile is right for you. If you don't leave within 31 days then you are tied into the 12 month minimum term contract. If you wish to leave after the cooling off period but before the 12 month term is up then you would be liable for early termination charges. Sky won't reimburse you your charges so far. If there is a fault in your area then once fixed Sky may provide a credit on your bill for the period of the fault. However it sounds like you live in an area of low signal. If you call sky on 150 they may release you from your contract but don't be surprised if they say no. No one from Sky will contact you as a result of your post on this customer helps customer forum.

edit. If your phone is from Sky and capable you could use WiFi calling.
