Lost phone

Hi i lost my phone i already ordered new sim card 

can you please blacklist my device and give me following documents so i can get my phoneback from my insurance 

proof of usage 

proof of barring 

proof of purchase

The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.

It may also be a good idea to register the loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

If not then you will need to get in touch with Sky to get it blocked as it can not be arranged via here as we are customers here who help each other.
