Deposit refund
Hey there, I applied for a phone contract one week ago and had paid initial deposit of £74.
After completing credit checks they rejected me to offer a contract.
But I haven't received my refund yet.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.
