Lost network

I know losing internet signal on my fone. Keeps happening quite a lot.

Is this a mobile data or Wi-Fi signal that you are losing ?

I keep losing Mobile signal so I have to put my mobile data on.

What do you mean by "mobile signal" as with the internet you have mobile data and Wi-Fi or do you mean your phone disconnects from the mobile signal, if so does any mast issues show here for you:

Yes sorry mobile signal 

My fone is connected to my Internet box at home so I don't need to use my mobile data. But to go on anything like goggle it won't connect so I need to turn my mobile data on. Sorry I'm no good with anything like this 😔
