im just about to retire and wish to take my phone number that my company gave me many years ago and now i wish to keep that number, now they have issued me with the pac code and I can see the sim i wish to purchase so how when i buy the sim do i have that number transfered using this pac code

Hi @holdany12  once you get your sky sim you activate it then via your account you give sky the PAC.

Order your dataplan - you don't have to use the PAC code until you are activating the SIM.  (Indeed, you can do it after activating)
