Hiya, May I know what is the reason that my phone is not eligible to do swap under 36 months my swap plan? Is there any requirement? Thanks. Ken

As customers here we can't explain what has happened and for why so give Sky a call on 150 as they should be able to help. When calling say noting when asked anything by the bot.

You should be able to swap any time from 31 days to the end of an existing contract.

 

If you can't do it online then call Sky as advised.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
