Lost my old number

When ordering my Sim I requested to keep my number however I lost my old number and got a new one. How did won get my old number back?

Was the old number on a Sky sim or on a different network ?

I moved from 48 to sky.

I requested to keep the number but sky changed it.

So you gave Sky the pac code you got from your previous network supplier and you gave this to Sky, when did you do this ?
