Lost connectivity in Spain

Me and my wife we both lost connectivity in Lanzarote.

No explication from Sky. I went into setings no issue.

Tried to contact Sky by wathsupp from hotel wifi, no luck.

I only have emergency calls and no other connectivity. For my wife is the same. Happened today around 2pm when we both lost connectivity at the same time.

We should have unlimited data and even received a message from Sky when we landed that we can use allowance as home in Ireland.

What can we do? We've been left with no connectivity on our phones, but hotel wifi.

We also have our daughter with a sky no, she hasn't lost connectivity at all.

So I doubt it is a local issue.

Now we rely on her phone when we are out of the hotel.

Again, I tried everything I know. All kinds of resets, went on sky.com/roaming

Re seted all roaming limits to none (should have been none), still no result.

Hi @Adrian39  the fact you both lost connectivity at the same time would indicate a local network issue over which sky have no control. Try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings and do a manual search then try other networks on the list.
