Sim trouble

I can't activate my sim via sky. New phone arrived with a sim and nowhere once I hit activate brings me close or to fixing the problem. The sim hasn't even appeared in my account but it says the phone is already registered

If the sim hasn't appeared on your account then it could be for whatever reason the sim wasn't ordered on that account so give Sky a call to get it activated.
