no sky signal despite having activated sim

I changed phone and switched from ee to sky mobile.  Wifi is working but I connect connect the phone to sky mobile network.  I cannot use the phone to speak with someone or find the appropriate email address to ask sky to sort this out for me.  Somewhere in my settings, EE is showing as provider and i dont know how to change it to sky ?...please help...I am going round in circles and technically dumb with iphone 14 after iphone 8

Have you removed the EE SIM and put the Sky SIM in?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

taken ee sim out of old phone and put sky sim in new phone yes

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

No sim showing up on my phone I think I activated my SIM card
