Lost Sim - need PAC Code

I switched providers and requested a PAC Code from sky and gave it to my new provider. It didn't work and now they are asking for the PAC Code again - which I don't have and now don't have access to the old Sim. The account is still open, but when I try to do anything online they want a security code which is sent to my original number - which I can't recieve now. 
How can I get the PAC Code? I use my phone number for work and really need this so remain the same.

Do you not have the text message on your phone with the pac code on, if you deleted it then looked in the deleted folder as you might still have it. Failing that you will have to call Sky for it although they probably will run through a security procedure with you.
