Loss of network signal
Started today, my phone has lost all connection to sky network, unable to make calls or use data. Every time i try to make a call it says not registered on network. I've spoken to someone from Sky who said a phone mast in my area is being repaired which is strange as my partners phone who is on sky works fine and the other thing is i travel to different areas for work and still having same issue

Re: Loss of network signal
Does any mast issues show here for you:

If there isn't as you suspect then you might need to ask them for a replacement sim incase the one you have has devloped a fault.

Re: Loss of network signal
Hello.
i have sufferered from poor signal for a couple of weeks now - they say it is because of local issues, but I find the problem is wherever I go in the UK.
Hopefully it will be fixed. But I wondered whether I am owed compensation?

Re: Loss of network signal
i tried my sim in another phone and still doesn't work so I told sky about this and they said their engineers will look into it within 72 hours before deciding if i need a new sim. That's alright but I have no means of communication with anyone until then I'm losing work as i use it for work too. Their answer was to find hot spots lol

Re: Loss of network signal
I would suggest calling back and asking for a replacement sim as it could be the one you have is faulty, this whole 72 hours is a load of nonsense if you ask me.

Re: Loss of network signal
It's all sorted now, turned out a recent update had changed the settings from Sky to a 3rd party settings, they contacted me via WhatsApp and the bloke solved it straight away, shame the ones who i spoke to other day via the online chat couldn't work it out instead of blaming it on phone mast
