I arrived in Perth Australia last night and my iPhone locked on to cellular.
Overnight I put it into airplane mode and today all I've got is "SOS".
I do have Sky Roaming Passport and need cellular and 4g roaming.
I've switched off and on, gone auto/manual to no avail.
Any help appreciated thanks

I found a Yes Optus shop and the guy tried a solution which worked - as follows:
Settings-Mobile Data-SIM Applications-Roaming-Click between Sky Settings and Partner Settings-Back-Roaming.
Worked for me and my wife.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, I've tried all of that. Still SOS only.

No service-Australia
I'm in the Australia and only have SOS showing and no network. Back in the UK, I had no issues at all with getting network on my iPhone 16 pro.
i have reset my iPhone, removed/replaced the SIM, tried to manually add a network provider but none worked.
I have also tried all of the possible options suggested on the Sky Mobile website, none of them work.
I'm travelling solo so cannot use anyone else's phone so I can't call Sky to speak with anyone directly and can only use my phone when using the hotel WiFi. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: No service-Australia
Thanks for the update @fred+peck but that was one of the suggestions in the sky trouble shooting guide that you said you had tried everything 🤷♂️

Re: No service-Australia
I mis-read it as Network Settings Automatic.
Maybe the other user did too.
Thanks
