I am in disbelief!!!!!!

I have just receieved my S11 ultra tablet and had a problem with the Esim, I never recieved a code then phoned up was created 2 tariffs and tried to activate that one and the download failed.

 

The Esim then errored because it thought it was in use? I have requested a plastic sim even though I did not want one just to save me the hasstle.

 

The thing that is bothering me is the complete incompetance of the people on the other end of the phone I have 2 tariffs and still no Esim do the people even educate themselves on what it is they are actually doing????

 

Remove the 2 tariffs send me a new one make sure it is activated SIMPLE! 

 

I am absolutley fuming I should not have to spend hours on the phone re explaining the Esim does not work the tablet has no data!!

 

I will be even more upset when I get billed for it the people on the other end of the phone do not care as long as you are gone it's not rocket science.

 

I am quite well versed in the use of a computer but these advisors are clearly not.

 

I have had problems getting onto the website access denied errors and allsorts.

 

Keep being told scan the QR code do that do not even get to the point of adding the code it doesn't work.

wondered if anyone on the forum has any ideas.

 

I have ordered a plastic one but didn't want one i like to move forward with technology not back

Galaxy eSIM and supported network carriers | Samsung UK

 

it is compatible sky just probably havent updated their list either that or the carrier isnt thanks for the info though

Sky isn't on that list either...?

I know gutted well it is what it is shame they did not know that when i placed the order well worked out though ill wait for my Psim hahaha
