Hi @Jeanmarsden i havent seen anything called a loan extension, sky allow a 3 month payment holiday for the device cost but you still have to pay the plan part of your contract.

There's a payment holiday and it only applies to Sky Glass and Mobile subscriptions.

And there's a loan extension, but again only for Glass or Mobile.
You would have to call Sky to arrange the loan extension, you can't arrange it here or online. It only lets a loan to be extended by 12 months which therefore reduces the monthly payments.
