Signal

I have recently lost most mobile data signal at my address only. This has lasted about a week. I usually have full 5g signal and full 4g signal, now it's very limited to hardly any 4g signal whatsoever. What can I do to sort this? Nowhere at my property is gaining this signal and nothing has changed here for it to have changed my end thank you

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
