Linking mobile account

I need help! I had sky broadband many years ago but not don't have it. I've just brought a mobile through sky and I'm trying to link the mobile account to my sky id. However, it's not working! It says the details I have typed in are incorrect but they has correct! Please someone help. I can sign into my account but soon as I try and set up my mobile account to activate my sim it's not working!

Not sure, it is the same email address to what I had years ago when I had broadband. So do I need to link it to a new email address

You need to remove that email address from your old account first so you should be able to do that by following this guide

If that doesn't work try signing into the account and removing the email address here:

Just comes up household account information so don't let me click on anything to unlink

You are going to have to call Sky or send them a message via one of the social media sites for help with this, there are links at the bottom of this page you can use to do this.
