Lies
Appalling experience with Sky Mobile.
24yrs I was with Sky TV then moved to EE TV and am saving myself £38 p/m for a better viewing package as well. If you need to speak to EE customer services you fill out an online form then a fluent English speaking person rings you at the requested time slot. Trying to speak to a Sky customer services these days is almost impossible thanks to their horrendous automated system.
Then comes to horrendous experience with Sky Mobile.

I order a 14 plus that was advertised as 2-3 wks delivery. 3 weeks is up and no phone. I explain this to a customer service rep who I can barely understand then she goes away and comes back to the phone explaining that it'll take 2-3 weeks which is what I said. I then get a 2nd rep who tells me DPD have lost it.

I then order a 2nd 14 plus which is advertised as next day delivery. The rep I spoke to said 2 working days maximum.
Guess what, MySkyapp now says it'll be 9 days.
This company is an absolute joke!!!!!!! Appalling customer service, false advertising, lies and more. Oh and please stop ringing me again and again asking why I have left Sky TV when I have already explained this to you!
