@Mypyh4ooo Honestly last time I pre ordered from sky was when the iPhone X came out and that was like a comic show to say the lease,things haven't improved in their site/system in all those years is shocking!this will be my last time pre ordering through these wise cracks lol

Them blaming it on stock issues is a cop out their the ones who run the site and have no system in place to prevent over ordering in place! Most sites have an out of stock set up coding in so at least the ppl that have ordered are garunteed their orders then a back in stock option/notification when re orders open up that would keep ppl happy at least.

Sky mobile are actually mis-leading customers to sign up to pre-order. This is mis-selling as promised to arrive on Friday 16th with a text message confirming. Then a text message on the 15th saying they will be in touch. I called and the agent confirmed worst case delivery would be Sat 17th. Then text message saying around 28th September- extremely bad customer service and lack of transparency when selling.

The marketing material is very misleading. On the sky website it says that the phone is in stock and delivery will be 24hrs. After ordering I've been told 2-3 weeks . Very frustrating

A separate order I had made originally which for some reason they said wasn't attached to my account. This is what my message said from them regarding delivery. As you can imagine the delivery never happened 😂

New day and told once again allocated stock from the delivery they had on the 16th and just a case of waiting for them to work it and of course the bank hol tomorrow is blamed for delays. If you call ask them what the stock message says

I purchased an iPhone 14 pro max but not through sky mobile. Through Carphone warehouse. Pre-ordered on 9/9/22 for delivery on 16/9/22.
phone never arrived and no email to confirm why it that there was a delay. Contacted them and managed to get them to look at order and they have now confirmed that my order is on 'back order' and stock should arrive 6 October!!!
so unfortunately doesn't seem to just be sky with the issues as other companies seem to have done same thing and over sold pre-orders but unsure if that's the shops or Apple not delivering the amount they promised to stores?

I pre ordered the iphone 14 pro and get an email confirming delivery on 16th September once credit check had been completed. From then have heard nothing from sky and not recieved the pre order, after calling sky i was told there had been some issues on their end with pre orders and couriers however were unable to give an estimate on the delivery time of my order. Anyone else had this issue or anything similar?

How long does it take for the enhanced second check?
Can someone help please as I was hoping to have my iPhone 14 Pro by now since I pre-ordered it and paid an upfront fee of £111. When I ordered it the delivery stated 'from 17th September'

@Titch98 the pros aren't affected as much as the pro max's. When you ordered did you receive any emails? If so what was the heading of those emails?

I've only received one email when I ordered and the heading was Thank you for ordering with sky mobile'

@Titch98 before that email you should have received an email headed "your key information about Sky mobile" and then after the "thank you for ordering with Sky mobile" you should receive an email headed "Your Sky Mobile order confirmation". Have you received the "your Sky mobile confirmation" email?
