I'm simply being told the delivery of mine (silver pro max 128gb) is from the 16th September although my confirmation email stated on 16th September. I know that the phones went from on the 16th September to from the 16th and then from the 23rd and then from the 30th to what they are now 3-4 weeks. My purple banner in my account simply says on pre order

I wouldn't bother calling anymore, each advisor tells you something different therefore none of them have a clue. I'm now being told it will be with me within 2 weeks as I ordered on the 9th although I've had nothing in email or text form confirming this, anyone that ordered on the 11th or after will be 3-4 weeks, the advisor that's just told me this is blaming apple saying they've delayed the release of the iPhone 14 pro max which obviously is not the case. It's pretty laughable really

Same here. Ive told that to the last rep I talked with. That each and every advisor says different information. It's just tiring. Im a new customer and I regret doing it with Sky tbh.

I have just received the dpd email sayings its coming tomorrow! Not bad considering only ordered it yesterday.

Has anyone ordered the silver iphone 14 pro 128g and got their order? I have ordered that model and spoke to someone earlier they said it would be delivered 2 working days so i should recieve it by Tuesday. I have just checked the sky mobile website. The phone is available to buy now but my specific model is available for delivery within 2-3 weeks but i ordered it yesterday morning and was supposed to receive it today. I dont know if i should believe sky!
