Ah. This is odd. 

I just called Sky Mobile and spoken to a gentleman who said your order is out for delivery and said it will be between 12:20 and 13:20. I said, I can't see any of that in my DPD app, nor have I had any emails or texts telling me this is out for delivery? 

He gave me the DPD tracker and sure enough, it's on its way to me with that one hour window. 

May be worth calling if you've had radio silence as could be an issue with their confirmation systems? I won't believe it until I receive it, though haha.

@Jigsaw88 If you download and install the DPD app, you can then add one or more of your email addresses to the app.  It'll then automatically pick up any orders associated with those email addresses and allow you to track from there.

It's a lot easier than trying to click around links - as soon as it enters the DPD system, the app will show it, even if they physically don't have the parcel yet.

@PeteRG41 I have all my associated email addresses and phone number in the app already. 

I haven't even had an email from sky to say it's out for delivery, or a text. 

So I'm saying, worth checking just in case something has gone wrong for others too.

That's fair enough.  The DPD app can be depended upon though to give the correct state of affairs.  If it's not showing an order, it's likely the order hasn't been prepared yet.  I get action in my DPD app as soon as the vendor creates a dispatch label.

Just quickly gave them a call again to check and there's nothing unfortunately other than they will be dispatched from today onwards ..

16th September that's the baffling thing 

It is frustrating, system must be flawed.

Honestly if I get an October delivery date after receiving a 16th I'll cancel instantly and go elsewhere that'd be taking the mick!

The lady on the phone jusr told me that

I've just been told the stock message on my order shows as on 16th September which the lady I spoke with takes from that is that the stock will be in today, she's checking it later for me and giving me a call back and letting me know if there are any changes to that

That's probably just what they've been told to tell everyone that phones they don't actually have any stock level info only your order info seems they just fill in the blanks with random info.
