Leaving sky keeping number

I'm leaving sky and have already got a pac code but my number hasn't been transfered over yet was done on christmas day. Anyone know how long it normally takes

You would need to ask your new network provider about this but at a guess delays would occur this time of year as number transfers would not place at the weekend or on Boxing and New Years day.

Hi @Kellyginger  it normally starts the next working day but with all the extra holidays it could well be tomorrow before it starts. I doubt anyone will be able to tell you exactly when.
