I've recently got a new phone and on my old phone the esim was deleted and when I try get a replacement e sim it's asking for a code sent to my phone number but I don't have access to that phone number as the esim was deleted.
I've called sky help multiple times and been on the phone over an hour and got absolutely nowhere can anybody help me ?

The reason being to transfer an esim to a new phone it still has to be active on the other phone which you have said it isn't.

Does this mean I can keep my number or will I have to get a new number I've ordered another esim and when it asks me to enter my number it freezes.
