Back Ensure Wi-Fi calling is disabled on your device. 1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 2. Select Phone. 3. Select the menu icon in the right-hand corner. 4. Select Settings. 5. Select Wi-Fi Calling. Now I need someone with a landline

In that case you will need to call Sky on 150 so they can investigate this for you.
