I am in Dubai. Cannot connect although roaming is on. Keep saying I've reached my spending cap (currently set to £14). Never used it. Still have 57GB of data in my original plan and over 1TB in Piggy bank - so data is not an issue.....

For Pay As You Use calls to the UK are £0.10 a minute and texts are £0.30. Local calls to the UAE are £2.50 per minute and texts are £0.75.
