@pat1040 When you moved to Sky did you request a PAC code from your previous supplier? If you did have you given that PAC code to Sky?
If you didn't request a PAC code then you need to contact your old provider to see if you can get one and then give that to Sky(that's assuming your account has not been cancelled).
