Keeping my existing number

I've switched my mobile phone number from O2 to Sky. I had a text yesterday to say it had been done, but today I can't phone out or text anyone

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
