@Stuartgriffiths  There isn't an invoice number, if it's to claim a free gift use the agreement number without the letters or your Mobile account number.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As stated there is no invoice number as such.

 

Try using your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
