Hi I have a sim only deal at the moment, my phone battery is dying and I decided to get an iPhone from one of the deals sky offer.
can I keep my old number on the current sim on the new phone, or does the the phone come with a new sim and number?
I have tried to ask the call centre in India, but I can't understand them😞
grateful for any help.... phil.

Thank you , but will I be charged for the sim only contract as well as the new phone?
because , presumably if I used the new phone with its own sim activated , I would only pay the advertised price, £17 monthly in this case for an iPhone 13.
Thanks again

If you have a sim in the phone from Sky then you will be charged for it as well. The £17 price you see will be for the phone only.
