Returning a faulty airpods

I have tried twice already to return the faulty airpods to you by reporting and requesting a returns pre paid box from yourselves and i still have not had the box arrive. I am paying for the contract that should be cancelled already and not having to ask for a third time! This is really bad customer service and i would like to esscalate a complaint about this matter. I request a full refund of this product.
