Keep old number

Received new phone with esim, wanted to keep old number but new plan. We have put old sim in like it asks so now we have 2 plans and 2 phone numbers, how do I cancel the old plan but keep old number? Both phones are through sky.  Hope that makes sense 😁

If you want to keep your number and use the new dataplan there is only one way:

1. Transfer the old number OUT of the network

2. Transfer it back IN to the new dataplan

You cannot use PAC within a network

You need to get a pac code from Sky and give it to someone like Vodafone on a Pay as you go sim then when you are up and running with them a het a pac code from them to move it back to Sky and your new sim.

Can't make it any simpler really.

Get a PAC code for your current number, get a temporary SIM from another provider, transfer the number to that.

Then get a PAC code from that provider and give it to Sky for the new dataplan.
