Moving home and adding another sim for mypartner

I am transferring my SKY account to my partner's house, taking all the equipment with me, I have informed SKY and have a date for the new connection. ( Sky TV and Mobile package) My partner would like to add her mobile as a PAYG to my account however, I can't make myself understood on the 'help' bot.

Hi @Gavlar365  sky don't do PAYG sims. If she is with another network then you would need to order a pay monthly sim plan when logged into your account. Then when it arrives and activated request a PAC from her old network and give it to sky, the next working day the number would transfer.
