I recently ordered a new phone and there was a free laptop as part of the deal but i have not had any details of how to claim this. 

How do i claim my free laptop?

You usually have to claim direct from the manufacturer.

Samsung I presume?  Some details may allow us to point you in the right direction.

If you new phone was a Samsung then this should be the link you need:

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
