What an absolute rip off
My phone was in perfect working order when I posed back to Sky for a swap, they quoted me a trade in for the same amount that was left to pay. Great stuff! New contract and they keep me as a TV customer after 18 years too.
I get an email yesterday saying my phone had additional damage to it. I can't speak to anyone about it? No human wil help!

Although is is to late whenever you are returning anything to any company it is always worth taking some photos so when this happens you have proof of the condition it was in before it was returned,
