Issues with mobile account

I have recently made a phone swap from iPhone 15 to iPhone 16. After doing this and receiving my phone, my sky account isn't showing my mobile information. It states I have no mobile running when there are 2 sims on my account. 
please let me know how to fix this.

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
