i'm on holiday in spain and i have no service i only got this phone 2 weeks ago and its a 16 im trying to update my phone but its taking forever and i can't use my phone unless on wifi which is a right pain considering that im not even at home
this is the first time it has done this since having the phone and i have a E sim
ive tried aeroplane mode as well as completely turning my phone off and on again but nothing is working
i have data so i know i haven't ran out
