Issues receive PAC number via text message

I've tried receiving pac number via text message but the message doesn't go through and it says message failed. I did try calling but unfortunately my device seems to not work for calls atm. Is there any other way to receive the pac number

Are you trying to leave Sky Mobile to transfer your number elsewhere or are you trying to get a pac from your current network to give it to Sky ?
