Please help, I have taken out a mobile contract with sky last week, and used a PAC code to keep my number. I had a text to say the sky that my mobile number will be transferred on the 23rd but I haven't had any signal since. I can't phone sky resolve the issue as I don't have a landline or access to another phone.
I've tried speaking to the virtual chat but I can't get anywhere with it.

Hi I had an email yesterday to say that my number is now up and running with Sky mobile.
How can I check that my EE sim has stopped working?
I have no signal at all, and havent had signal since yesterday morning since i received that email.

Hi 63johnw I didnt have an actual Sim it was an eSim with EE and now with SKy 😣
Is there any way of contacting Sky if i can't phone them?
I've tried using the chat with the vistual assistant about 100 times and i didnt get anywhere.
Very frustrated now.

Have you checked to see if Sky is the default service provider under settings?
