I'm having an ongoing issue with Sky Mobile Ireland where I am not receiving one time password and 2 factor codes. I rang Sky and they said it's a problem. I was assured it would be fixed today but it's not (no surprises) is anyone having the same issue and have you raised a complaint with Sky?
