Ireland - Cannot make or receive calls in my new installed esim

I activated a new esim in ireland where i am unable to make or receive calls . Mobile internet and messages work fine . Kindly look into the same .

As we are customers here who help each other if this still isn't working tomorrow then you will have to find away to call Sky Ireland.

To add , I also did try to go to Roaming in sky sim menu app . It just shows automatic and when I click it shows already active.
